JEOL 3000F
The JEOL 3000F is 300 kV microscope capable of atomic resolution imaging. The field emission gun offers high brightness, high coherency and narrow energy spread with a probe current of about 0.5 nA at a probe diameter of about 1 nm. The EDS, EELS and image filtering capability (GIF) provide easy tools for measuring elemental concentrations and distributions.

VGSTEM HB601
The VGSTEM is a dedicated high-resolution analytical STEM, with a <0.5 nm probe diameter which makes it the ideal machine for high spatial resolution elemental analsis with X-ray energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS) and electron energy loss spectroscopy (EELS). The new ENFINA EELS spectrometer gives an EELS resolution 0.35 eV FWHM.

Philips CM12
The Philips CM12 is a general purpose TEM that is useful in a diverse number of applications like the study of the internal structures of biological systems, the shape and distribution of various particles or the crystallography of materials. The EDAX detector will give information on elemental content and concentrations and the Morada CCD camera provides an easy way of obtaining digital images up to 11 megapixel resolution.

Philips CM120 Biofilter
The Philips CM12 is a general purpose TEM that is useful in a diverse number of applications like the study of the internal structures of biological systems, the shape and distribution of various particles or the crystallography of materials. The imaging filter can be used to improve the contrast of images or allows for the mapping of elements distributions within a sample.
