Oral presentations

Please note that all oral presentations are invited and we are not requesting oral contributions.

Invited speakers, please submit an abstract as per instructions below.

Poster contributions

Poster contributions are welcome from all participants.

Poster sessions will be conducted with both dedicated time for discussion with the authors at the posters and prizes for the top posters.

Presentation of posters
Please apply to submit a poster by submitting an abstract as per instructions below. We ask that you register for the conference at the same time as submitting your poster abstract.

Poster specifications
Posters should be A0 size (841 mm wide by 1189 mm high) and contain the title of the paper and the name and affiliation of the authors. They should have large legible text and figures. All posters have a number assigned. Authors should display their posters on the board accordingly.

Instructions for abstract submission

All invited speakers and authors of posters must submit an abstract.

• Authors must register before submitting an abstract.
• Please use our template for your abstract. Download Word template (32KB).
• Only documents in *.doc or *.rtf format can be accepted.
